A.W. Crooks Install Care
Every furnace, AC, water heater, boiler and generator A.W. Crooks has installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, gets a free inspection every year for the life of the unit. No membership. No catch.
- Furnace: we fire it up and put in a new filter.
- AC: we check levels, clean it and fire it up.
- Water Heater: we flush it and check for leaks.
- Boiler: we fire it up and check for leaks.
- Generator: we check the fluids, test the battery and transfer switch, and check for gas leaks.
This is an A.W. Crooks policy for equipment A.W. Crooks installed. It does not cover work by The Plumbing Company or The Michigan Electric Company. *Water softeners are not covered.
Terms and Conditions
Install Care is an A.W. Crooks Plumbing, Heating and Cooling policy. It covers only the listed checks for the specific unit A.W. Crooks installed. The free yearly generator inspection covers a fluids check (oil and coolant levels), a battery test with terminal cleaning, a transfer switch test, a controller/firmware update and error log check, and a gas line and connection leak check. It does not cover work by The Plumbing Company or The Michigan Electric Company. *Water softeners are not covered. One complimentary visit per calendar year per eligible unit. Appointment required. If the unit needs other work, repairs, refrigerant, parts, additional filters beyond the one included with a furnace visit, or service on equipment A.W. Crooks did not install, that work is billed separately (service charge, parts, and materials as applicable). Covers every furnace, AC, water heater, boiler and generator A.W. Crooks has installed since January 1, 2026, and every one we install going forward, for the life of that unit while it stays in the home. Not a membership, warranty, or insurance product. Subject to scheduling availability.
