Most of us are from Battle Creek, and we are raising our families here. This is not a stop on the way to somewhere else. When we leave your house, we are driving back to the same neighborhoods.

That is why we care about the type of work we do, and how each customer feels when we are done. You are a neighbor. A school. A church. A shop down the street. We take pride in the work we leave behind.

The office team is part of that. From the moment you discover the problem, someone is ready to help. They take the call, route the right shop, get a tech on the way, and stay on it until you are taken care of. Dispatch, scheduling, follow-up. The truck is the work. Materials and equipment carry the manufacturer warranty. If a part we installed is still covered by the maker, that coverage is yours. We help you use it. We do not hide behind the fine print.

Our workmanship is covered for one year. If a joint we made, a fitting we set, or a start-up we signed off fails because of how we did the work, we come back and make it right. That is the standard we will say out loud before we start.

Drain stoppages are not covered. A line we cleared can clog again from grease, wipes, roots, or what goes down the drain after we leave. We tell you that on the job, not after you call us angry.

Ask us what is covered before we start. If something we installed fails, call the same number. We will tell you if it is workmanship, a manufacturer part, or a new problem. Besides the issue, our number one objective is your satisfaction.
